Will I receive a reminder prior to my appointment?

Yes! We will send you an SMS reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. When you receive the SMS, please either confirm “Y” for Yes or cancel with “N” for No. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume that you’ve cancelled your appointment, which will make us sad because we were really looking forward to seeing you!

How early or late can I arrive for my appointment?

On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time or five minutes early. If you are running late, please let us know. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, however we may not have the time to complete the whole service, in which case we will need to reschedule your appointment.

What happens if I have to cancel my appointment?

We understand that things come up! Please reschedule 24 hours before your appointment as last-minute cancellations can impact other clients who want to book appointments with us. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will avoid 50% payment of service charge due to non-attendance.

What products do you use?

rokk ebony uses the Wella colour range. We also stock System Professional, Sebastian and Kevin Murphy.

What is the difference between Olaplex and Wellaplex?

They are essentially the same. As a Wella salon, we use Wellaplex treatment as our Bond reconstructor. The treatment gets added to your colour and is applied during your colour application.

How do you price your services?

Our prices vary according to experience and technical expertise of the stylist or colourist. If you are not sure who to book with, please call your nearest salon and we can guide you with your decision.

What credit / debit cards do you accept?

We accept Eftpos, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Do you have After Pay?

At this stage we do not offer After Pay.

Do I need a colour allergy test?

Generally speaking, there is no need to do an allergy test with Wella colour. However, if a hair and scalp assessment is required, we may undertake a colour allergy test to prevent an adverse reaction and ensure that the condition of your hair is not excessively compromised.

What happens if I am not happy with my haircut or colour?

rokk ebony is committed to delivering excellence; that’s why we will do everything we possibly can to ensure that you leave the salon 100% satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with your haircut or colour, please inform us within seven days (one week) of your hair appointment. We will make the required adjustments to your hair without a fee. We don’t provide refunds!

How long will I be in the salon?

Haircut appointments generally take 45mins however please allow up to an hour. This may vary depending on the length and thickness of your hair. Regrowth and semi permanent colour services will require two hours of your time. Foiling services may vary from 2 ½ hours to 5 hours, once again depending of the nature of the service and the length and thickness of your hair.

Where should I park?

rokk ebony salons have ample parking situated in the surrounding areas. Be mindful of the time whilst you are in the salon to avoid parking fines. If you need to move your car, please let one of our team members know.

Is there a complementary fringe service?

Yes. Fringe trims are complimentary to existing rokk ebony clients provided they have visited the salon for an appointment within the last eight weeks.

What if I have lost my gift card?

Your gift card is considered the same as cash so please look after it! Lost gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
